augmented an ancient item with a level 50 gem and I didn’t get credit for season journey, need some help please because it’s my last step
Which gem did you use? The gem disappeared?
Yes the one from Greed and now my belt shows the 250 augment for dex
You can try to leave the game and relaunch it, sometimes the journey takes a while to update.
Tried that but will step away for a bit to see what happens.
I edited my previous post, it wasn’t the good point 
Deleted all folders, had to reinstall DII and DIII (no fun), even completed another achievement to maybe push it along. Nothing has worked to push the last seasonal journey.
For bugs like this, I don’t think there is anything you can do on your end to fix it. It is something that has to be seen on the server side at the moment that it happens. If it bugs out, then your only recourse is to do it again since Blizzard does not fix things like this on individual accounts.
If it did not work when you augmented it, then the best you can do is report it, and then level another gem and augment again.
I would record it next time if it is not too much trouble.
