Can't beat diablo on normal

i have a pally i’ve been trying to solo the game on. how do melee types beat diablo? i’m level 25, i’ve got what i thought was pretty decent gear for that level. full sigon’s minus the armor, the armor i’ve got is a stealth runeword ancient armor. milabrega’s scepter. pally skill amulet with faster attack speed rings. i just can’t stay in melee range of diablo without instantly dying, even with fire resist aura up.
