WTF is wrong with you blizzard. Your notice on battle.net app just says you may be interrupted but you can still play. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD PEOPLE TO LOG OFF! Now i lost a progress (character was rolled back).
I hope we will utilize the battle.net launcher better, could put the maintenance notice as a banner/ feed there on top of in-game notice (we only have some trailers video there now). This will be highly visible for at least for PC players, we have to go to the launcher before we click the “Play” button.
Most online games are doing announcements this way, and I never see anyone complaining about maintenance for those games.
P.S. I didn’t get the in-game notice until I was affected by the server down 20 mins ago (all online char loss, cannot create game, etc.) and only then I go to forum and see there is a maintenance
P.S (again): if there is a better place to post suggestions, please let me know - I can’t find such session on forum

Does anyone know when its safe to play again?
give it 15-30 mins before logging in after the server goes back up. most people will get thrown back into stuck mode the first 15 minutes i predict
I did quite a bit but the tree leaves, grass, and weeds just did not listen when I told them I was busy this weekend! I have some end of year stuff I still need to do too.
Thankfully I have a service that mows the lawn! They come tomorrow even.

Characters are back but cant create games…
I have been fine the whole time. After this “fix” my character is stuck now. cmon’ man!

battle.net tells me I might get disconnected during the window, but should be able to log back in.
What they don’t tell you? If you do, you’ll earn the coveted “this character is already in a game” trophy!!!

This is insane… after a 9 hour character stuck last time, now I’m having the same issue AGAIN.

its something that happens if the server gets overloaded, which is right now due to restart in peak hours, like ive said in another topic. these are legacy/old issues
What happened till now is my char (which worked again till like 7:45 CET) has now again the “char ist already in game” Error. Feels for me like more problems than ever.

Thank god Netflix knows better than Blizzard how to run a service.
What a shame, 3h of maintenance on a sunday evening.
Multiple Choice:
- Ignore many thousands who are having a "char stuck’ bug impacting their who account so they can’t play at all. They can wait for Tuesday normal Maint window.
- Do Maint as soon as they think they have a fix so those thousands can get back in game.
They are trying to deal with a high priority issue that impacts many people and completely breaks the game for them.
