Yeah… It really sucks losing all that time. I myself lost all of my items cause of a bug on their side. I tried to get them back… was told deleted characters and items won’t be restored. Here is a posting I made on it with their reply.
It’s not worth playing right now when you can just lose everything at any point and they won’t take responsibility when it’s their fault.
