After several tickets without receiving help I try here.
I was playing when the server stopped working, my main character has disappeared, a fairly equipped mage of level 86 almost 87. I don’t know what to do about it, I need help !!! I have all the secondary characters except the main one !!
I had a problem with my character too. Gone some charms and cube
It has completely disappeared me, and with it all the follower’s equipment and all the objects that it had in its trunk tab. There is a lot of equipment and many hours of play dedicated there !!!
If you don’t solve this, unfortunately I will stop playing
The worst part is there is no option to place a ticket, I’m simply told that I cannot restore a deleted character. I DID NOT DELETE MY LEVEL 88 HARDCORE SORC OF TWO WEEKS. It has literally vanished after connection issues were ‘fixed’ and I cannot get anyone from Blizzard to help me, nor can I get a refund. This is the craziest ish of all time. Two weeks of work on a character gone…
They tell me the same thing, that the game was not designed to recover characters, unfortunately I have been playing diablo 2 for 20 years, and I was very excited to play in resurrected, I think I am going to ask for a refund, because this situation has finished with me. this company no longer gives the support it used to.
my hammerdin lost 50 level since problems are fixed… i prefer when there is bug then… two times my character lost everything… Obviously i didn’t delete my champ he just roll back two weeks ago, again !
sounds like activision is in it for the money not customer satisfaction

They don’t want me to refund the game because more than 72 hours have passed. But they don’t want me to return a character that has disappeared because of them. Resolution? the customer loses. This is ridiculous
unfortunately I will stop playing and go back to diablo 3
Lost my cube due to rollback as well… 
the problem is that my character is not a rollback, he has completely disappeared, he was creed from day 1 and had level 86, not to mention all the equipment he has. He has disappeared, but the secondary characters that I use as a trunk are intact.
