New charms are not well balanced

Yes Blizzard, I agree with the feedback from the majority of players here:
The sundered charms, are a bad idea.

I think it’s very nice of you to take on the problem with the immune monsters - the issue has already been addressed here and here - but the Sundered Charms are the wrong way to go about it.

The main issue is Cold Mastery and Conviction.
A Monster that has 95% or 99% resistance is not a problem. That both skills take their full effect after the resistance has already been lowered, is.

Before, we had monsters whose cold resistance was greatly reduced by cold mastery and those whose resistance was so high that the immunity was not broken at all on the other side.
Now it is the case that the monsters are no longer immune and therefore always have resistances in the basement.

It would be better if the logic was as follows:
Apply resistance to base monster acording to dificulty
Add Bonuses from Bossmonster Enchantments
Is the Monster immun?
yes, then {

  • apply maxima as suggest in the linked table based on number of players in that game
  • apply (Conviction, Lower Resistance, Cold Mastery at 1/5 effect)
    }

else {

  • apply Conviction, Lower Resistance, Cold Mastery as usual
    }

Apply Rainbow Facet and other items.
