Hey , developer. U know FHR?

Faster Hit Recovery breakpoints

There are 25 frames per second, so as the Faster Hit Recovery increases, the frames decrease.

Since frames of animation cannot be further divided into fractions, this creates “breakpoints”. You will not see any change in Faster Hit Recovery until you pass the next breakpoint. This means that an Amazon with 31 FHR is effectively equal to one with only 20.

As one frame is a mere .04 seconds, it may not even seem worthwhile, however in practice, even single frames can make a noticeable difference.

Your seniors made it so good…Pvp enjoyed playing the best FHR frame each character can do.

But somebody stupid mistaked me to delete this.

As a result, all the characters were flying on teleports and shooting with missile magic.

I want to give you a chance to make up for your mistakes with your feelings.

ignore feedback

There is no countermeasure as a developer’s position on many opinions

Why didn’t they bring the legacy D2 as it was? or (with lack of ability)?
What is the developer’s opinion on the new patch opinion on the a diminishing effect for FHR?

It’s a problem to fix and not. Is it intended to make a false publicity that the advertisement is different only from graphics?

They did this crap on purpose. They just want to see how far they can get away with destroying the game until they finally get sued and put into there place.
