Where is offline terror zones and sunder charms as PROMISED?
Any news on that?

Promised when? Id like these in offline as well but, its never been promised as far as I have seen…

This is absolutely false. There are very few builds that I have ever made that can’t wipe out virtually everything without fuss.
It isn’t blizz’s fault that people still only build one element, rely on infinity, etc.

What I remember seeing is they wanted to bring them to offline, but it was more complicated than online, so they were “going to look into it”. If you’ve got something more definitive it would be great to review, but what I recall them posting was far from a promise, IMO.
Runewords have been the meta since 1.10 basically…
They’re in a difficult spot. They can’t add RW so powerful they make more power creep, but they also have to be worth using over the current OP RW, otherwise what’s the point? That’s why many of us would rather than focus dev time on updating iconic Uniques and Sets that were outclassed when the 1.10 RW dropped, and do more tuning on base weapon damage and various skills/builds that are under performing.

Also a few things to the detractors here:
• Season 3 isn’t out We will see final patch notes this week
• Pez said “maybe” TZ would come to singleplayer
• Pez said they made significant changes to the new RW. Hopefully that means BoS is out and transitioning forms for wereform either no longer requires human transition or they took that clause out and you can only have 1 “aura” on at a time. And a few of the underpowered helms got a few buffs. Heres to hoping for CBF on ‘Hearth’
