I find it amazing that just cause its happened before it’s okay… It’s not OK, but the apologists will still defend this sinking ship…

Refunding seems like a pretty extreme response to a day 1 launch crapshoot. What do you get by refunding unless you really don’t want to play this game.
I had my reservations about it initially but after finally getting it to work i’m actually pretty happy with it.
If you were the type to buy it to do a day 1 play through with some friends and then put it away its pretty busted. Some got in, some didn’t. Some are on Act III Hell, and some are in A1 normal. At that point a refund makes sense if you don’t want to play with randos and don’t intend to play ladder.
I’m not seeking a refund, the game is actually awesome, just as I remembered it, in fact, even better. Sure it’s a rocky start like most games on day one. I’m patient and can guarantee most people that loved diablo 2 back in the day will be patient too. Yes it’s annoying, but it’s the way things go in IT.

never got in game. crashes before it gets going waited for a fix for 10 hours now theyve refused refund. LOL Guess ill go thru my bank and get the refund
Problem is, they have the exact number of people who pre-ordered. Sure, launch days are a mess in most cases, but 10hours server down? Means they have no backup plans, or do they have plan at all?
this is not your average launch day problem. this is a complete disaster and lack of care. theres no doubt in my mind blizzards going to be dealing with a ton of credit card disputes after refusing refunds for this game.
I don’t know, game works fine to be honest. There’s awesome quality. You can use your character on any regions too, it’s not locked. Controller port is pretty good as well and single play works after you authenticated once. Not sure why there’s a need to cry for a refund.
Of course this is personal matters, but it’s not Warcraft III Reforged. I’m satisfied personally.

works fine for anyone with a AVX compatible processor. People with $3000 rigs cant play. thanks for the bump

Sure, that’s totally why the servers are overloaded in every regions. AVX has been integral of CPU since 2011-201, I think you are the oblivious clueless one. 
Already refunded, going to spend my time and effort in another game.
