Weird flex but okay. That person is fulfilling part of the P8 while not sapping your XP. Seems weird to care unless your run is going poorly speed-wise, but that would still probably be a you problem.
You should have launched into one of your 10’000 word diatribes, they would have left within seconds. 
The only thing on your list that makes any sense is not making the next game unless your the guy who made the game in the first place. Been playing this game off and on since it came out and i never seen or done anything on your list.

Back in my day the only thing that pissed off a Baal run were Amazon’s dropping the game because of Multi Arrow/Lightning Fury spam triggering Hellfire torch 
i really hope a developer sees this thread and can now put into context what kind of player is on this board and how relevant their opinions for future game changes are.

for example, when a level 97 teleports in to throne so YOU can gain experience, maybe when he opens TP you go in and help him clear throne instead of looking at your wortheless items in your stash?
a level 97 character is risking a huge amount of time in case of death when teleports down.
how does this even need explaining?!
or a level 98 is an immense and hard grind to get to level 99 so why would you leave the game before someone enters chamber if you gain absolutely nothing by leaving early and the 99 is losing a huge amount of xp

Sound ok (most of it anyway) but generally too hectic to follow. Especially when every one teleports around like Star Trek…
Don’t bother with the trolls in this forum. 99% are casuals that think their opinion matters while they don’t even know 1% of the game. They never were even close to 96+ and hate on people that lvl to 99 because they can’t do it themselves. Your post would be better on jsp or any discord, because here it’s just a waste.

The OP described the most effective way to xp and it makes perfect sense to behave like that in baal runs, or at least try to do it like that. It will make other’s experience better (especially lvl 97+). But yeah ‘others ? what does that mean ? I only know ME’

If its a public game baal run here is the etiquette.
Do whatever the F you want, its a public game your welcome.
You can ask for a thank you or get thanked if you like and thats about it, If you go to baal or any service to other players.
