yeah u r right…
the problem is not, that our chars are “gone”.
the proble is, that we can’t play now for some hours… like yesterday and days before since launch…
why are we paying for a 20year old game and can’t play for days…

Same here, online characters are gone. ACT2 mostly. Area Europe. This is after 1.02 patch.
Truly hope this is a server issue. I just got stuff together to make grief RW so ill lose my mind if they are indeed gone. I want all my gear back after farming my butt off

yeah all my characters were deleted after my game crashed. No idea what happened. i was just trying to join a game, then it crashed and when i launched the game again. they were all gone. Huge bummer i had a lot of HRs : /
My gamame loading real slow and all my champions are gone. This i real bad for Bilzard. Things like this will ruin this company.

Someone tripped on the wire of the database
I am experiencing the same issue sadly. Hopefully this gets resolved. Load times were much longer/are much longer. Seems something on the server happened. Guess we shall find out.
All toons are gone. well done flawless production release.
