So my game just crashed for like… the 10th time today. After playing since it came out without too many issues except for occasional crash suddenly all my characters are completely gone.
I had a level 89 Sorceress…
How hasn’t this been resolved yet? And if I play again, are my characters just going to get deleted again?
Same here. I think we’re experiencing bigger issue - as game is loading 3-4x time longer then before, must be server issue.

Umm how the hell did that just happen, literally same to me. Got stuck on connecting to a room and now POOF all chars missing from login… and I was in the middle of clearing NM HC.

tried to create a new game, get error message char not found, now ALL chars are gone

I want my characters back Blizz. Why does this keep happening in D2R? Figures I just moved a bunch of stuff around and poof… everything is gone. Did Beta just end?

they really should just delete all characters, refund everyone’s purchase and shut this broken pile of garbage down - constant server issues and many many crashes every time i play
this company is a joke, hopefully CA lawsuit puts them out of business
