Got the same problem, all my characters gone…
Idk. I demand my beta tester salary, Blizzard, because that’s what we are doing and it’s shameful and unacceptable.

Can confirm, same thing has happened to me this morning. 7 Characters of various progress all gone.

thanks to that technical issue, my character is also gone. that is really drepressing. restore my character or i want a refund!!!

Same issue here, I’m afraid. As a filthy casual, I didn’t have near as much stuff as others, but I am disappointed.

Happened as well. is that invisible character bug back again? Tried to create a character it failed. tried to load a character and said it does not recognize character on server. Reloaded game and poof all gone.
Same here just a few min ago. Disconnected right after killing Baal. Then all characters gone when I finally reconnected.
Got an issue with disconnection, and after reloading the game my character disappeared. What should I do now?
