Same issue here, have tried a lot including troubleshooting Antivirus. Completely disabled and still no luck.
Yep, same issue for me. Gets to cutscene for new season trailer and then just closes. Going to try a full wipe and reinstall.

Curiousā¦ does everyone posting on here have āCitrix Workspaceā ? Iām seeing that removing this could fix it, havenāt got out of bed to try it lol.
I have Citrix workspace on my pc for work but willing to delete it and reinstalling later if needed. Thanks

oh i have Citrix Workspaceā¦ but i need it for work
for me it has to do with ntdll.dll fileā¦ i deleted it and placed an older one that i downloaded but it still doesnāt work.
Iām trying it now, I figured if it works and pushes the update through Iāll just add Citrix back onā¦ it usually works once itās done.
Stay tuned for an update.

dude like wtf, I was looking for a fix all day and it was stupid citrix XD
I was grinding my mind with this ntdll.dll error, thanks for figuring it out.
I am curious how did you connect it to find thatās citrix causing this?
i dont have citrix or even know what that is.
Check event viewer -> system -> applications, if you are getting same error as we do after launching the game. Faulty module: ntdll.dll

Same as you bro I was trying everything I can think ofā¦ finally I saw something about that app affecting the download (wasnāt my case) but figured it couldnāt hurt to try that since I had already tried everything elseā¦ thankfully it fixed it!!!
Well, I need to start work in 10 minutes so I just tried to remove Citrix and remove everything except ādataā folder from the game which is biggest one, then game ran a repair and downloaded 1GB of files that I have removed. Didnāt help so I believe Iāll have to re-download whole game after work, but I am sure it will do the thing
