Need to fix this on all donwloads on call of duty modern warfare,

But every thing on europe region the download are paused a workarround is pause and select Americas or still using europe go to settings and change the dowload limit to 300kbs and apply and the donwload will resume, then change it to 0kbs again and the full speed on europe region will return, on all donwloads after a few minutes maybe you will be given a error and you need to star again all the process.
you guys at Blizzard / activison need to fix this - its a issue on your side…
