It just says update then tries to scan and repair WoW. Getting tired of this
I have the same problem, no help from blizzard. makes no sense
Same here. Spent most of my time troubleshooting instead of shooting
You can open it in explorer and run the ModernWarfare.exe file as administrator that works but still sucks
bas j’ai eu le code erreur au debut j’ai retiré l’administrateur et depuis il lance mais plus rien y’a un probleme avec ce jeux
I’ve reinstalled it about 4 times but it still doesn’t work, the first thing was that it kept crashing and it said it stopped working and now it can’t even be turned on, does anyone know what to do with it?
nothing is working for me idk what is going on but no fix is working
pls blizzard fix your game
I started getting the BLZ…0012 error after the update released today. I have tried “scanning” but that just causes the error to pop up and to start re-scanning. I closed the app, and got the same thing. I uninstalled the game, re-installed the game, and I got the same thing. Anyone figure this one out yet?
After 8 years I returned to Warcraft I had no issues until they did a fix with the voice chat in game, after the fix the following week I have not been able to login with the Battle Net App for 3 weeks now and no fix, I thought 8 hours of downtime they would fix the issue with the Battle Net App. I have tried all suggestions on here several times, but I run into same issues as others. Is there a reason Blizzard is not taking these issues seriously or at least posting they know of it and are working on a fix. I am sure lots have paid for game time and would like to enjoy it. Good luck to all and I hope you get your issues fixed.
Solution for BLZBNTBNA00000012 issue.
I had the same problem with CoD Modern Warfare II. Solved by installing / transferring the game in the folder offered by battle.net. In my case it was C:\Program Files (x86)\Call of Duty. What’s interesting, this error was during the open beta. I had to play in steam and there the game ran without any problems. So another option to solve the problem is to buy in steam, but I’m not 100% sure. I do not know whose side of the problem - battle.net or activision.
Update: try move game folder to another directory. For me work D:\Games\ or \Program Files (x86). Path D:\Downloads\ for example doesn’t work and give BLZBNTBNA00000012 error. Maybe it’s because battle.net is located on this path (\Downloads\Games\Battle.net), donno. So keep trying to find a place where game will work. Hope you will solve the problem or Blizzard/Activision will finally fix this.
P.S. English not my native language, sry for mistakes.
same issue here, please fix it

Hey Guys,
I got this issue with Modern Warfare 2 and tried everything. Your best bet is to refund the game and buy it on steam. Rather disappointing but can’t help it. Good luck all!

I have found a fix I think, I reinstalled my BIOS firmware, there might be an option in the BIOS conflicting with the game. But after reinstalling the bios, my game will now launch. Hope this fixes it for everyone else aswell.
EDIT - After looking through the BIOS and doing some trial and error, I believe the issue is AVX in cpu settings, make sure its set to auto and not disabled, this it what did it for me.
I’m getting this error also. I had bought the game on Steam… played it, then refunded it because I wanted every thing on Blizzard and now I can’t play. This has never happend to me and a MW/COD game on the blizzard. Pretty frustrating. please help @blizzardsupport
i dont know what happened but it started working today… I didnt see an update but maybe there was. My issue seems to have been resolved…
I like how the admins are soo god damn useless in escalating the issue but instead brushes people off.
I did the same thread before and they just brushed me off, led me to the utterly useless “self-help” page and totally just blew me off like it wasn’t an issue to begin with and just shut my thread down.
Hey admin. Listen the hell up. IF it works, do you think we will be complaining here, the ONLY network that WE can talk to you, if that dumb website even works? Activision support page is just a god damn hoax and you want us to believe that step would work? If it would, would we even come over here and complain about how piss poor the game was where it just crashes randomly?
