Playstation 5 Diablo 2 Resurrected “an issue occurred while communicating…”
They suuck ! I paid for this game to play it, not to watch the game screen being empty of my characters, or to find out your servers suck. You shouldn’t put it on sale if you knew you have unresolved issues, you greedy blizzard bastards conformists.
Every time that the game is not working Blizzard should be paying me back a portion of the total cost I’ve paid. And now what ?!. It’s Sunday morning and no game to play…
So every time i log in a see these spam bots advertising their websites in the lobby chat. It would seem an easy fix to monitor that and boot those accounts freeing up space for legitimate players.
In Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction, why does my Ladder character keep getting deleted? I am not running a bot or doing anything other than playing the game and yet my ladder character is continuously deleted and I have to start all over again!
Why am I unable to report or ask a question of Blizzard?

Big problems on ladder games right now EUSCL - i hear other servers also have the same problem (only ladder games)
Never in my time of playing D2 classic have i had to wait this long to make a game… i reach #2 in the queing system and have to wait 15minutes + to make a game! it makes the game unplayable.
This happened on Feb 4th after an in game message
“realm will close in ten minutes”
Since this… Huge ques for games… unacceptable.
Please fix.
I had great respect for blizz north, as for me they were the pinnacle of game devs. As it seems only the devs, not support was outstanding. No answer no remark what so ever from any blizz support.

For real Blizzard. Stop selling D2 keys if you dont plan on fixing elementar issues… Be so kind and provide some kind of info!
Hey, since today i cant create any new Game in D2 LoD, i get queued in a long waiting list which doesnt seem to end. I already contacted the support and reinstalled the game, but this doesn’t help. Any Solution to this?

Tried to contact support as having the same issue, all I got was my account “appears to be being throttled”, which they say is usually due to creating or entering/leaving too many games. Sorry, I have to say that’s complete rubbish as there are literally no games visible to join on Europe (in at least hell and normal difficulties, can’t comment on nightmare as I don’t have a character that level). So unless everyone is being throttled, it’s clearly a server issue. My game behaviour hasn’t changed, and I’ve periodically tried logging in (which I can do, so I’m not banned) and creating a a game…just get put into a queue of 230+). Totally unplayable, totally unacceptable.
It seems that Support does not care about these issues. Its not as if anyone at Blizzard support cares about Classic D2 Players now that Resurected is out. Classic Players dont give anymore $$$$. It is sad that I fell this way as D2 was a great game. Might as well add “Micro Transactions” to complete the fall. Diablo Himself could not corrupt Blizzard but “Mirco” issues have.
