I’ve been unabe to log in US west for a few days, what’s happening? Meanwhile EU and US East are fine…
Why does it take multiple tries to login but other realms are fine? Dont wanna risk losing characters due not being able to login, cant we get this sorted out please?

it’s been 2 weeks since I cannot conect to the US WEST server.
I tried on different computer but it is not wrorking, I am afraid i will lose my characters due to inactivity…
please do something to adress this issue
Having to retry multiple times to login, getting stuck and hanging on “Checking versions…” for literally 40 minutes once, freezing when you cancel the connection process, and other numerous connection issues with the login server.
This pretty much kills muling as it’s impossible to know if you’ll even be able to log back in to your main account, or get locked out for some unknown amount of time. Would really like a response to this or some kind of info as to when it’s going to be fixed.

Please be advised that for the past 3-4 weeks I have experienced consistent issues to connect to US West Battle Net for Diablo 2. I have a stable IP address but still have to reconnect several times.

I’ve been trying to connect on US West and it just keeps sitting on the waiting on the checking versions. What’s going on? I’m afraid I’m going to lose the items I’m transferring in my games.

I’ve been trying to play in USWEST in D2 servers and it is just impossible to log in, it just sit on waiting and checking versions and I am afraid I am going to lose my characters or even my account at this points.
This has been going on for days now and I all want is to play my childhood game again.

Iam interrested keeping my chars in US West but for weeks iam not able to login.
Please fix this! Invested alot of time there!
Cannot get into USWest on bnet for a good few weeks now.
Game will endlessly try to connect but kick back after like a minute.
I see others are having the same issue, I really want to play before D2R gets released…

I recently made an account and I am unable to log in at all? I can log into US East perfectly fine but completely unable to connect to US West. I get stuck at “Checking Versions”. Is there currently a server problem with US West or is there something I can do on my side to fix this? I tested both US West and US East 10 times each. Consistently I can log into US East every single time with no issues, all 10 attempts I was unable to log into West.

Just to bring to your attention.
I have been facing consistent issues when logging in to the US West.
It gives the following error everytime for several minutes or sometimes I just have to quit trying.

I can login to US East just fine, without any issues.
I really like to play with my friends on US West and feel like you can do something from your end to get this fixed.

West is still unreachable.
While USEast, Europe and Asia are fine.
About 8 years ago or so, USEast was literally unplayable.
People complained for months.
The answer for most people was to move to USWest while waiting for USEast to be fixed.
What finally happened is heresay, but supposedly a WoW server was upgraded to new hardware, so this old server became USEast.
USEast was suddenly sweet as summer rain and everyone moved back to USEast.
During this horrible time, Blizzard never said a thing.
Which makes sense, as if Blizzard knew this WoW server was old and could be used for USEast but the process of change took 6 months then everyone just had to wait.
It’s about money and greed and how business is managed.
