Why does this appear to be such a tricky issue to communicate and address when Activision Blizzard Inc owns Activision Publishing and Blizzard Entertainment. Do you guys not like each other or something?

Error code BLZBNTBGS000003F8 is still in full swing for me. It’ll either disconnect after 10 mins or 2 hours. I can never tell but now I play my games knowing and expecting that I will inevitably crash. Please fix this issue, it clearly isn’t user error and has something to do with your servers. I am on pc and this issue has been persistent for 10 days now.

Same issue for me. I played BOCW all weekend without anyproblems, but today I started getting error Code BLZBNTBGS000003F8.

Interesting update. I downloaded the new update for modern warfare, and for the most part the launcher still doesn’t work. Previously I got the blzbntbgs000003f8 error code every time I was disconnected, though now sometimes I get that error code, and sometimes I get no error code. Other than that, the update has not changed anything.

this also isnt just call of duty, the whole launcher and every blizzard game are having these disconnection problems for over a month now, my connection is fine, i even called my isp , there arent any problems with any other games

Bliz isn’t collecting connection info anymore. See this post above for steps they want you try and report back on. If none of it helps, there’s a special report they want you to generate and email to them.

just a information because i think ur working for blizzard(i hope u do, i dont really know what mvp technical support means) but i saw u saying something about a cod and launcher problem, this isnt just cod and the launcher, its happening in every blizzard/activision game
