There was a mount available with WoW subscription only. I have a subscription until March 2025. I didn’t get the mount because I got unsubscribed switching cards for payment. So I tried to resubscribe today thinking the payment wouldn’t be taken out until my current one ends. It took the payment out. I cannot afford it right now. I will make sure money is in the account in March.
Trying to put in a ticket or navigate for a refund or talk to an actual person about this is completely ridiculous.

At the very least, the staff there should be able to explain Blizzard policies and provide info on how you might be able to resolve the issue, if that is possible.
