There was a mount available with WoW subscription only. I have a subscription until March 2025. I didn’t get the mount because I got unsubscribed switching cards for payment. So I tried to resubscribe today thinking the payment wouldn’t be taken out until my current one ends. It took the payment out. I cannot afford it right now. I will make sure money is in the account in March.
How do I fix this??

Looks like the system only processes the rewards based the length of a future active payment. In your case, it’s inactive starting March 2025, and in my case, it’s only a monthly sub. The system ignores the fact we have 6+ months of active subscriptions. I don’t know what to do about it. Looks unfair.
Because you unsubbed, to get the new rewards you have to sub atleast 6 months to qualify. The payment would be taken out immediately due receiving the mount in question.

The mount promotion is for people who have 6 or 12 month reoccurring subscriptions. It’s not about having a specific amount of game time already added to your account, it’s the subscription itself has to be active to qualify.
That is unfortunate. Looks unfair for those who like me paid the same deal right before the new one showed up. I did switch my 12-month to 1-month starting only on June 2025.
Since it treats everyone the same, it’s actually completely fair. I also do not qualify for it despite having game time on my account as I’m not on a 6 or 12 month sub.
If I want to qualify, I too would have to pre-pay the 6 or 12 month sub cost.

It’s all a big mess now
I’m not too sure how it’s a mess. If you do not currently have a 6 or 12 month sub active, then you simply do not qualify. The GM maybe could have worded it better, but based on what you’ve said here, you will not be getting the mount unless you pre-pay a 6 or 12 month sub now.
I’m on the 3-month reoccurring sub and will not be getting the mount. I’m okay with it as I know I don’t meet the requirements.
If I buy 6-month sub in July 2024 (ends in Feb 2025), the mount is granted, and I have a sub till June 2025, the mount is not granted. This is a mess.

But it’s not a mess. You downgraded to a 1mth subscription. The mount is only given out to those who pay for a 6mth or 12 mth reoccurring subscription.
It’s states that quite plainly.
You are no longer on those plans, you downgraded. You do not meet the requirements.

I got it. Ty. It was bad timing on my part. I could switch to 1-month plan in 2025, I just didnt want to forget about the big charge.
