Is there a way we can email them? All mine says is “playing now” but nothing shows up on my screen. I disabled my AV just to check and nothing worked. I redownloaded the game and the launcher, nothing. Its like Blizzard chose certain people who aren’t allowed to play because the servers are so full… lmao
Probably won’t help. They really take their sweet time to fix anything with this game, and this doesn’t seem like a super widespread issue. I’ve tried everything I can find and still nothing.

I just go to the help of the client app and choose help --> troubleshooting --> Local Exclusions… If I do it on the cloud for some reason dont work…

after breaking my head all day trying to launch, uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure every damn driver is updated, Sophos AV was the issue…
do you know how to remove the local exclusion if I wanted to?
