you can download “Windscribe” free 2gb per month vpn. and it worked fine to download so it’s free. and i got the game downloaded. now i’m downloading at 12mb sec again.

- Game won’t start, so i tried to reinstall B.app
- Stuck on “updating”
- Tried remove all blizz / b. net files from various location (all of them)
- Restarted whole network, flushed / renew / release IP / DNS
- Tried 3 different internet connections (cable home, wifi from café, LTE)
- Found LOG file in B. net install folder that throws the same errors - conection timed out / disconnected
And like an angry kid would say i hate this. I have vacation once in years, i have finally time to play CS2:LotV (i bought it more than 4 years ago and now i have finally time to play it) and i just can’t. It already crossed my mind that i wasted money on it, since i have literally no time to play it, and when i have, i can’t. Reallz sad times.

Also wanted to play LotV for the fisrt time after I bought it when it came out. Well, lets hope that this thing will be resolved soon.
Also have the same issue as I tried to install the new Overwatch patch. Tried every solution they suggsested and now I am stuck in not updating, but installing the game! Also tried to install/update other games in the launcher, but none is working…and all other gaming launchers are working perfectly fine so I don’t think it is a problem with the internet connection 
So that’s it huh. People installing ***** COD? Jesus Christ, I have been trying to play SC2 all day, going through aaaall the steps found in old threads regarding this issue…and it all comes down to Blizzard not having the bandwidth to deal with this? Shame on you Blizzard, shame!

I agree with the previous comments here. There CDN servers are probably overloaded and have rejecting connections.
And it seems like when installing the battle.net client. The first it tries to do, is contact the same servers to download agent.exe. The same application used to patch games.

Its really sad that we can’t play the game like CS2 offline. Like there are not only kids, but also veterans, who actually need to carefully craft time for gaming into their calendars, bcs we dont have hours per day for that. Its not like i will just go do something else and do this some other time, bcs there will “other time” next year during vacation and i have schedules for stuff for almost every day. I actually feel like the angry kid who can’t play the game bcs mama forbids it Horrible

Today I start the update of Call of Duty Modern Warfare almost 59 GB. (about 7 hours ago.) It was really slowly and I try to download it with VPN and US server. About 1 hour it’s fine. My downloaded data became 24 gb and again I’m trying download with EU server. Firstly it will good. Than I check it later it downed very well. I said ok than close application. When re-open it, it said there was another update.But only I have Call of Duty. Than I find the client try to update itself. But it stuck at 0. So I uninstall the battle.net client. Now I can’t reinstall it. It stuck Updating Blizzard Agent now. I check your troubleshoot suggestions and try step by step all of it.If you have any real suggestions to fix dear Technical Support Guys?
