Totally busted. Blizzard, fix this issueā¦ I am totally locked from being able to download and play warzone because of your awful policy. I have a phone number that has been valid for almost a decade and you guys are trying to tell me its not valid!? FIX THIS OR REMOVE IT PICK ONE PLEASE!

Same issue, they closed my ticket saying that I need a new phone number. Maybe Blizzard will start its own mobile carrier.

I am in same boat I got phone number thru Canadian Carrier FreedomMobile and for whatever reason 3different cellphone numbers donāt work. What is wrong with them?

canāt go any further as I canāt input my phone number. Installed Blizzard Authenticator on MY Valid Freedom Mobile Cellphone and Nothing Cant go anywhere I am STUCK.
Yeah I was talking to them and apparently they canāt do stuff with Cricket because they have a prepaid phone SMS and it canāt go into their system which I call bs but itās busted anyway

If blizzard sees this I hope you know this is why steam and epic are kicking your *ss. Also if any investors out there see this im assuming you know the whole situation why dont we do this to blizzard and activision I mean literally sell all there stocks and essentially to black list them take all there money away refund your games and extras everything

I have this same issue. Itās completely bsā¦ I paid for Cold War, waited so long for the download, then when I go to add a phone number to my email, it says the ānumber is invalidā which makes me upset because I spent all this money, verified with the phone company that my number meets all the requirements, and yet I still cannot play this game. Also, how is this thread so old with response??

yeah, I have cricket which runs off AT&T which is a major company and I donāt have a prepaid either so this is a big flaw from the techs and I hope it gets fixed soon, I wanna play warzone

So my cricket numbered was declined, but i used my sisters Metro PCS number and it workedā¦ soā¦ thatās ridiculous.
