Warzone is a joke and if you want to play it you need tp put your phone number which will not be accepted so play pubg no presonal imformation given

Well, this is embarrassing. I have Cricket, used my momâs since she has Verizon. At nearly 30 years old, I had to explain this.

Already the end of the year and no fix. I have cricket, does not work. Contacted support a few times and they surprised as if Iâm the only one who has had issue. Was hoping they would fix it with the release of Cold War, but no. Terrible service.

I have had a cricket number as my authenticator for years and it worked just fine when it had an east coast area code. But now that I have a west coast area code the number is invalid to use. It really doesnât make any sense. I wonder if this could be legally looked at as fraud by blizzard. Effectively they are saying that if you donât use a provider they support, they wonât secure your game which you have already bought and paid for them. And again, no where in their tos does it state that you need a non-prepaid number to access security features, when clearly you do. Well, if my accounts get hacked, while my sub is active, and they wonât reimburse me for what is lost due to their own failure, Iâll just have to see what I can sue them for.

lol, tried 2 different phone numbers, still nothing
I also canât add my phone number it keeps telling me itâs invalid even though it follows all the requirements. Blizzard fix this or just let me play my games without needing a phone number because rn I canât even play with my friends because they got their account before the phone number system was added and now I canât even play the game with them.

Yeah Iâm having the same issue and I have a U.S. phone number. Blizzard wonât allow me to play Warzone without a cellphone number, its complete bs.
everyone who is having this problem plz just tweet it and get as much recognition so they can fix this problem and make sure to link this forum

same issue with legitimate phone number. Canât play.
Cricket user here. I also cannot validate my phone number. This number has been in use since around 2005 and blizzard is the only one who doesnât see it as valid. It isnât a prepaid service phone and Iâve been using it since before cricket even existed. Sadly the only thing it looks like I can do is ask a friend for their phone number but this is genuinely unacceptable.

I was so excited to play this game. Went to the trouble of making tons of room on my hd for this title. downloaded the game and the battle net software. Same issue. My provider is Cricket and Blizzard sayâs my phone number is invalid. I will spend the rest of the day uninstalling this from my pc. I feel like my time and effort has been wasted by this company.

Same with cricket, just horrible
Iâm in the exact same boat. Talked to customer service and they said their system is telling them that Freedom Mobile is a prepaid only service which is interesting because I pay AFTER each month. Blizzardâs backend software is broken and so is their customer service policy.

Hi! Iâm from the Philippines, and this is how i see it.
I have two numbers from the same network provider. The first is about a decade old give or take 2 years. And the other is just 1 year old. Both prepaid.
The old one have the same problem, invalid number. But the recent one, have no problem.
So maybe new numbers are the solutions. I hope this helps.
Same problem. Cricket, an AT&T sister company, is my cell phone provider and SMS verification works for every single service except this one.
Fix this.

Same issue - I have a Cricket phone and cannot enter my phone number. This is mighty frustrating. Fix this, Blizzard!
