Ping alto apenas no Hots

A umas duas semanas percebo que dia sim e dia não o ping do hots fica alto, Domingo (28/02) e (02/03) ficaram altos, minha conexão é Claro/Net

Boa tarde RiKRamone,

Esse WinMTR indica perdas de pacotes de dados já desde o começo da rota. Se você usa wireless, recomendamos conectar usando um ethernet (cabo).

Se não for este o caso, contate ao seu provedor de internet com estes resultados pra pedir assistência.

Bom dia, obrigado pela resposta, também acredito que seja problemas com o provedor, estou tento problemas aleatórios em outras aplicações também, deixo aqui minha dica, cuidado CLARO NET cidade de campinas, desde da instalação 11/2020 só tenho tido problemas.
