boa tarde, estou com um problema, jogava heroes of the storm, desinstalei e hj quando fui instalar novamente dá o seguinte erro ‘‘Um sistema operacional 64 bits é necessário para instalar e jogar Heroes of the Storm’’, só que o meu sistema é 64 bits, como proceder?

Estou com o mesmo problema, no caso consegui instalar mas não roda, acusa erro (7:0). Segue o DxDiag:
