Congelamientos constantes

Buenas tardes,

Desde hace varias semanas el juego se me ha comenzado a congelar por momentos en diversas situaciones, por ejemplo:

  • Cuando entro por primera vez al juego

  • Cuando entro a alguna arena, bg, mazmorra o raid

  • Incluso cuando mi personaje hace una acción tan sencilla como moverse

Estas situaciones jamás me habían pasado con anterioridad. De hecho es la primera vez que me sucede esto. Cuando suceden los congelamientos he revisado mi latencia y todo anda con normalidad. De hecho tengo actualizada mi tarjeta gráfica con el último parche.
Me podrían brindar alguna forma de encontrar el problema y solucionarlo a la brevedad.

¡Hola! Lamento que te esté sucediendo eso.

Una duda: ¿Solamente se congela la imagen? Te pregunto esto porque hace un tiempo tuve un problema donde solamente se congelaba la imagen pero mi personaje seguía realizando las acciones (Esto lo comprobé usando un CD largo durante el congelamiento y al entrar nuevamente estaba en CD, o moviéndome etc).

Esa vez lo solucioné reinstalando el juego de 0, borrando todo rastro del juego en el disco.

Hola, Quótzalyr,

Se congela la imagen, pero si, mi personaje puede seguir realizando algunas acciones como subirse a la montura y moverse. De eso me di cuenta viendo el minimapa.
Espero que algún azul revise el tema y me pueda brindar alguna solución alterna a la que me sugiere. Sino, tocará realizar la reinstalación que recomiendas.

a mi me paso lo mismo hace unas semanas y lo solucione reinstalando la interfaz del juego, y se soluciono

me pasa lo mismo, desde hace unos dias, creo que es algo que metieron, eso se llama Sttutering. cuando salio el 8.3 fue mortal la cantidad de problemas de freezeos que existio.

Veo que intentaste de reiniciar el interfaz ya y no funciono. Ya cerraste programas del segundo plano? También es buena idea revisar para sobrecalentamiento. Es buena idea revisar el procesador y la placa de video.

Si persiste el problema, vamos a crear un DxDiag. Copia y pega el archivo
de texto y pégalo entre 2 ~~~ así:

En cuanto a lo que me mencionaste que revisara te comento lo siguiente:

  1. Programas en segundo plano: Cerré los programas en segundo plano y no mejoró el problema.

  2. Sobrecalentamiento: Utilicé el programa que sugiere el enlace que me proporcionaste y la temperatura que registro para mi Cpu fue de 60.3 °C y para la placa de video fue de 57°C.

Me mantendré al tanto si tienes alguna sugerencia adicional que logré solucionar el problema. Mientras tanto proporciono el archivo DxDiag solicitado en dos partes ya que excede el límite de los caracteres permitidos:

Agradezco la información agregada! Revisándolo, no veo mucho que me parezca estar causando el problema. Creo que lo mejor va a ser contactar a soporte y mandarlos los archivos del sistema. Esto incluye el msinfo y el dxdiag. Ellos podrán revisar esa información un poco más al fondo y ver si hay algo más que no puedo ver en solamente el dxdiag.

Me sucede lo mismo hace unas semanas, al revisar el foro vi que cambiando el api de directx11 a directx11 antiguo se solucionaba pero bajan los fps algo.

Amigo;

Tengo el mismo problema que tu, aunque la diferencia es que mi congelamiento, por lo general, no me permite hacer nada (o casi nada).

¿Solucionaste aquello? Me fijé con el Afterburner que cuando ocurre eso los hilos de mi CPU bajan a valores casi de 0% (o 0% como tal) y mi GPU también ocurre eso (baja a 0% o valores muy cercanos). Aquello ocurre al mismo tiempo.

Y obvio, es difícil hacer contenido de alto nivel así =/

Nos puedes dejar un DxDiag. Eso nos podrá ayudar revisar algunos datos.

Tengo un problema similar, si no el mismo. Las pantallas de carga se quedan trabadas, cuando cambio de personajes, lo mismo, a veces la pantalla de selección de personajes se torna negra.
Ya realicé el reinicio de interfaz como posible solución, pero el problema persiste.

Esto debe ser un problema con el rendimiento. Primero prueba actualizando los controladores e la tarjeta gráfica. Esta pagina tiene los controladores correctos. El que quieres usar son los de Crimson Edition Beta.

Otra posibilidad será si es problema de temperaturas. Puedes usar herramientas como el HWmonitor para revisar las temperaturas de la tarjeta grafica y procesador. Para esa serie la temperatura máxima es como 70 o 75c. No pude encontrar el numero exacto, pero si es un poco bajo comparado a otros CPUS.

Ahora lo he probado en mi otra computadora de mayor capacidad y el problema se mantiene, incluso quise jugar al HOTS, pero un mensaje indica que no hay servidores disponibles, volviendo a ingresar en la app de battlenet el juego no se actualiza, se queda en “esperando otra actualización” cuando no hay nada que actualizar.
Creo que no es un problema de rendimiento, he jugado normal los últimos años y es la primera vez que pasa esto.

Hrm. Eso si es raro. Pantallas negras normalmente es un problema de rendimiento, pero lo de más suena como algún problema de conexión. Solamente para probar, puedes usar una conexión diferente o VPN?

Sobre la actualización pendiente eso va a ser la aplicación de battle.net. Problemas de conexión pueden causar esto, o si hay algún archivo corrupto. Si el VPN / conexión diferente no ayuda con esto específicamente prueba reinstalando la aplicación

  1. Desinstale la aplicación: https://battle.net/support/article/30304
  2. Presione la tecla de Windows + R y escriba %temp%
  3. Eliminar todo lo relacionado con Blizzard o Battle.net
  4. Haga lo mismo para %programdata%, %localappdata%, %appdata%
  5. Vuelva a instalar la aplicación- https://battle.net/account/download/index.xml?show=bnetapp

A mi me pasa lo mismo desde que volví (no jugaba retail hace como 1 mes), se me congela las pantallas de carga, trabones en mazmorras, congelamientos e incluso una pantalla negra. Probé analizando disco (el juego esta en SSD) pero nada, abrí y cambie las RAM, revise mi GPU, reinstale el juego, quite los addons, pero nada funcionaba. Finalmente ¿cual era el problema? Directx12 era el problema, no se si es el ultimo driver de mi tarjeta de video (NVIDIA) o si es por algo con wow o directx12, el asunto es que al cambiarlo a directx11 aunque tengo un rendimiento inferior (me bajan los fps entre 10 a 12) no se traba nada, las texturas y todo cargan rapido, y no mas bajones o trabones.
