Cablevision / Fibertel Argentina – Latencia y desconexiones

Saludos!

Nos gustaría recopilar datos para usuarios de Cablevision / Fibertel en Argentina para mejor investigar los problemas de conexión que se han reportado. Si han publicado una prueba lo pueden copiar aquí, o simplemente indicar que ya dejaron uno en otro tema. Si no, por favor deja una prueba WinMTR.

Algunos datos que hemos notado:

Usando conexión alternativo o servicio de VPN puede ayudar.
Por la mañana se puede conectar ‘normal’

Cualquier dato adicional que nos pueden dar será de gran ayuda. Gracias!

Es INACEPTABLE que pagando por un servicio estemos teniendo un problema tras otro en cuanto a calidad de conexión. Pongan servidores en Brasil de una buena vez! Acá dejo mi WinMTR (tuve que separar el punto de .net porque este foro asqueroso me dice que no puedo publicar links):

daran alguna solucion? en estos momentos la latencia es baja para lo que experimentamos generalmente

Habra alguna forma de compensación? Hace 2 semanas que tengo/tenemos 500-1000 ms constantes y en unos 5 dias se me renovaria la subscripcion, Dudo que el problema se resuelva en 5 días y mas alla de eso, me deja un mal sabor en la boca haber pagado 1 mes en el cual prácticamente no pude jugar nada y tener que pagar otro sin saber si el problema va a ser resuelto.

Aca esta mi WinMTR (tengo Cablevision,Lo deje 10 min andando mientras tenia 1000ms)

Yo no tengo problemas de conexión, pero el ping es tremendo. Juego varios juegos de Blizzard, y soy relativamente nuevo en WoW aunque parezca increíble, pero como puede ser que no tengan un server propiamente latino y los demás juego si? es imposible jugar como se debe con 180 ping permanente. Es inentendible. Hasta Heroes of The Storm tiene un server en Brasil…

Señores vuelvo a dejar mis 3 conexiones, una a la mañana, otra al mediodía y otra a la noche. Verán el incremento de las conexiones correspondientes.
Señores intentemos ser formales, gracias blizzard por intentar “solucionar” esto. Quiero que sepan que NO es la primera vez que pasa, vengo jugando hace años y esto pasa minimo 1 vez al año. Revisen previos inconvenientes y verán que esto fue pasando año tras año. Es hora de solucionarlo de una vez por todas…

Blizz es importante aclarar que el WINMR a las 20pm me tira ping the 300 sin embargo dentro del juego tengo 1200 o mas. WINMR no estaria trayendo el ms con el inconveniente (es mi entender, realmente no se mucho de conecciones).

Buenas. Dejo un WinMTR actual. Para la hora parece estar bastante normal, considerando que las últimas 2 semanas a esta hora estaba injugable. En caso de encontrarme en esa situaciòn, volveré a publicar otro WinMTR.

Info adicional:

Contrate una vpn para jugar por el lag y cuando la uso el ping es de 220 cuando saltan los problemas que ya fueron detallados.
En mi caso los problemas suelen comenzar entre las 8.30 y 9 PM de Argentina.

Haciendo Pvp con mi esposa, arrancamos con 300ms en un par de minutos se fue a 2780ms, volvemos a lo de la semana pasada, sin poder jugar, ni siquiera quest se pueden hacer, solucionen esto porfavor, pensé que con el mantenimiento de esta mañana solucionarian esta cuestion, arreglen esto que trabajo durante el dia, para poner jugar en la noche ptm!!

No es solo esas empresas…Telecentro es otra compania, de la cual muchos tenemos ping elevado…

Es un tema generalizado para sudamerica en chile, argentina, peru, brazil, mexico e incluso usa (claro que para ellos 80 de lat es lag ) estoy tratando de no perder la paciencia pero ustedes dejan harto que desear en tema de solucionar un tema técnico… ya saben que es un tema generalizado no es especifico de un isp … es de todos … y el problema sucede después de pasar por un server de blizzard en chicago es decir es un tema de redes interno de ustedes … por favor ya den una solución o digan que no lo van a hacer y nosotros veremos que otro juego jugamos … si sigue así el tema no creo que juegue shadowlands y dejaré de jugar wow después de 14 años, la mayoria de los miembros de mi guild piensan de manera similar … dejen de reirse en nuestra cara …

Y volvimos a las putedas y comentarios irrespetuosos. SE CREO ESTE TEMA PARA PASAR WINMTR. Podrian por el amor de dios seguir una instruccion? Para los comentarios barderos esta el otro tema de “latencia alta”.

a mi se me mejoro la latencia, por ahora me anda bien desde ayer, aunque a veces tengo un pico de lag de 300 ms por las noches . Pero algo se esta haciendo .

No son solamente problemas de esas compañías nose para que haces un tema diciendo que los problemas pasan por esas compañías y no es de blizzard

Gracias por toda la información. Por ahora tenemos suficientes pruebas de conexión para usuarios de Cablevisión / Fibertel. Si hemos recibido reportes adicionales indicando que otros proveedores en Argentina tienen el mismo problema. Si usan un proveedor diferente y están en Argentina una prueba aun será de ayuda. Cuando recibo información adicional lo hare saber.

El problema NO solo se limita a esas compañias y con la gente de argentina. Espero porfavor lo tengan claro y sigan revisando el asunto. Yo soy de Chile y la latencia es horrorosa.
