It’s been a few days of trying, but I am still getting this Zounds Internal Error when trying to sub for wow time. Seems that I am still getting this issue. Deleted saved payment methods, changed browsers, cleared cache and cookies. Card has plenty of funds. It’s a Visa card. I know others were having issues with Master Card. Any updates would be great on how to fix this issue.
Couple of things you can try disable and firewalls razor overlay products programs.
Are you getting the error when trying to set up a subscription, buy game time, or both?
Have you tried accessing your account/setting up a payment from a different device?
Huh, haven’t tried that one yet. I’ll give it a shot from my phone.
Is your card a pre-paid card? If so, a sub won’t likely work due to the nature of the card. However, you should still be able to purchase a block of game time from the shop instead.

It’s the EDD debit visa card. Should work just like a normal bank card. I tried my normal Wells Fargo Visa card as well and that didn’t work either. Going to try and do it from my phone. See if that makes a difference.
Cards that need funding - vs traditional credit cards won’t work for subs.
