But suddenly when it hits live it’s a widespread problem. What’s with this trend where people co-opt illnesses or afflictions to try and have their way?
Well that’s just false. It was talked about in beta, during accessibility testing and through reports. Also here on this forum.
But keep up the toxic attitude towards others.
And it’s not hard… at all… if you can fly a normal mount, you can fly this… I don’t get it.
Gee, I dunno… maybe more people are playing it, so more likely for people to have problems?
It’s really not the same. I can hover in mid-air to line up where I need to go on my normal mount. And the flying isn’t timed either
Not everyone can, so that’s also wrong.
Getting real tired of people who don’t have these disabilities telling those that do that they’re wrong.
I posted on the beta forums that it gave me motion sickness, so that would be a lie.

Ok the last one is GD but still lol.
I warned friends I knew had motion sickness about it potentially being a problem for them long before it came out of beta.
I’m doing ok with it, but I cannot play Portal for that reason.
Just because you don’t understand something is no reason to mock it.
Anyway, the Beta was a much smaller sample size.

You are irrevocably incorrect. This issue was discussed in beta.
No, and for that matter, different mounts can have an effect on you because of the motion (serpents being a good example).
I flew for 30 seconds on a dragon and got up from my desk and I looked like I had just done one of those “spin around a baseball bat and run a race” videos. All that was missing was a privacy fence/shed to smash into.
Actually this is not true. I can fly most mounts. I got sick with the dragon riding until I figured out what settings worked for me. I have some flying mounts I cannot use at all cause no matter what I do they cause motion sickness. There’s a lot that goes in to what causes the motion sickness from speed, game lighting, motion, eye movement, eye fatigue, individual tiredness, room lighting, etc.
Someone posted a good motion sickness post on who do go into options:
Maybe Blizzard should have done that through official channels or added an opt out for normal flying.
They should have at the very least put out a warning, that much I 100% agree with.
No. That can’t possibly be it. There must some other, more cynical reason.
Not something reasonable or logical.
guys stop he’s trying to create a false narrative here so he can strawman people!
Getting motion sickness from a videogame is pretty beta and cringe ngl
