Zerith Mortis Weekly

If you play Zereth Mortis for a cumulative two hours or so, you should not have any problems completing Patterns within Patterns within its time frame. Since reset I completed it on one toon and I’m at 70% on another, and that’s just running to the dailies and WQ picking up rares and treasures on the way. I only went out of my way to race to the big Mawsworn rare spawn in the far northeast.

The patch dropped on Tuesday, it reset today (thurday) 48 hours later how is that a 3 day quest?

Log into the game and look at the quest timer. It’s a 3 day quest.

I got it complete yesterday on my main toon (this monk) because I had heard that the days were somehow off? And we were only getting two days to complete it this first time around. I wanted to see what was inside the reward box or whatever.

I am not going to have a problem completing it for when it matters, like on my main, my issue with the progress not rolling over is largely just a concern for alts, who I don’t play as often, but often enough.

Running around chasing mobs in rare camp raid groups is not my play style, that’s all I meant. If a rare is up, in my near vicinity, I’ll chase it. If someone announces a rare somewhere across the map, I know better than to bother.

Yes now it is, but unless my memory is really bad I think the patch came out on Tuesday. It is now Thursday so you are telling me it’s been 3 days already?

today is Day three of the patch, and poof it’s gone.

It’s likely something they will fix. It’s not weekly though. It probably should be or not reset. We were told three days.

Based on the Mechagon experience, it will only become harder to get to rares before they die with flying; more people can get there quickly and power creep/ilvls will also be going up. It will be a mad, stressful rush every time one spawns.

They should do rares the way they were done in SL prepatch. They spawn and then there is a short wait time to be attackable.

They won’t. The timer was visible on the quest and people won’t care about it a week from now.

The fix people are talking about is the progress carrying over.

Everything said three days and it wasn’t so they’ll likely address it.

I can see them wanting to fix that, yeah.

I don’t think they’re suddenly going to do something about people who missed the first 3-day quest though.

Oh, I agree with that. We can’t really go back in time and fix that. lol

Would be nice to see them give some sort of way for everyone to get an extra 500 rep, maybe just mail out a token to all 60s

They should really fix that. Sorta glad I finished up my alts yesterday.

It definetly feels annoying to not access chests in the zone so easily. Especially waiting for the cyphers to work. Still gotta wait like 10 days before we can make new mounts and they start dropping mount crafting mats.

i checked this morning after server reset. now i have to redo the 100%. i am losing interest in this game. after 8 years of playing. same old crap…getting worse every time.

If it’s bi=weekly, why did it end after only 2 days??? Shouldn’t that be a full 3 days to work on it? Or is this going to be every 2 days which is 3+ times a week…?

It really sounds like it’s going to be a quest to complete every 2 days.

They have to step the micro managing up to keep players from other mmos lol

The reason people are confused about this is because the first one of these only lasted 2 days. “Biweekly” is interesting because there are 7 days in a week obviously, so even just that creates some ambiguity.

They need to release an exact timeline for this. In theory this should have reset tomorrow morning after dailies reset, you would think.
