sounds like you went way too hard. i’ve barely touched ZM and it’s going to be nice to finish the things i want to do without being stuck on the ground 
I’ve done the dailies and world quests every day and I don’t even have half the cypher thing unlocked. Why would people grind non stop finishing a zone for cosmetics is beyond me. Especially if they knew flying was eventually coming to make it all insanely easier.
Trinkets, pretty trinkets plays more than this games stupid music lol. That, and super mario would be proud

There is a bug in the quest chain that is keeping some folks from flying. If you went exploring early then the Rune on the wall isn’t spawning thus leaving us stuck and unable to fly.
Bug reports have been sent in, and the Bug Forum is starting to catch fire about it. Blizzard please get a fix for this one fast.

I hear this. I like jump puzzles in games like GW2, but in WoW… not so much. There were quite a few treasures I just looked at and went “yeh, I’ll come back to you when I get flying.”

Except that was hotfixed and it didn’t count for AAO originally.
Exactly some people are so happy to accept the unnecessary lazy crap thrown in the game to extend time played. That is all the new flight is. They wanted to take it away and when they couldn’t they just force unlocks over and over again. One day a new game lead will turn flight into a non-issue and focus on making fun things instead.

yeah im in the same boat. ive done everything before todays quest line and i have no credit for A means to an end. put in a ticket too. was this morning. its crazy. shows green but no check mark next to it.
Meanwhile, LFR is still being time locked with even worse gear. I find this whole experience insulting. We had to unlock flying twice. Unlock riding in the maw. ext, etc

And in another MAU- I mean, four weeks- we’ll get the ability to fix your itemization and gear drops with the Creation Catalyst.
I’d love to hear exactly why that system is time gated AT ALL, let alone within a different MAU bracket?
Still can’t fly because the quest Match Made in Zereth Mortis is till bugged for some that picked up the cypher off the wall in their adventures prior to the quest even being released.
20 hours after it was being investigated and there is still nothing.

So true. They think folks are going to pay 2 months waiting for lfr to unlock. I personally never do and won’t this time either. All their obvious time sinks just turn me off harder.
