I personally dont care if the NPC is on or off as I wont be using it regardless but I personally think there are more important things the Devs can be doing than making the dialogue line visible or not.
The function works the way it is why bother changing it, if someone hits a DC bug on boats or zeppelins having a bypass probably helps reduce ticket volumes.

Because it doesn’t need to be in the game and they can remove it extremely easily. Just as easily as they added it in the first place.

You said the zeppelins being there in addition to the teleport doesn’t count because “no one else is riding them with you”
On one hand, people are screeching about lack of immersion by having a tool that ports them to a dungeon. “It removes socialization that you get traveling to the location” Leave the feature out!
On the other hand, people are putting the OP down for wanting immersion. “It’s not immersive to be traveling alone when everyone portals” is answered with its only like 20 seconds, no big deal. Who cares, it saves me time, etc.

No… I said its pointless for me to use the zeppelin if I can just have a (non-mage) Goblin teleport me. If you could be step through a portal and arrive in Germany from California in 30 seconds vs going on a plane for 8 hours or however long it takes what would you do? Ofc you’re going to pick the portal. That means that the zeppelins are worthless and the only reason to use them is because you want immersion. I shouldn’t have to “choose” the more immersive option. It’s the same problem with fast travel in videogames. Fast travel is a stupid idea btw.

I don’t want to ride the zeppelin unless that’s the most efficient and fastest way for me to travel. And I do not want zeppelins to not be the fastest and most efficient way to travel. They are supposed to be. They are not. I would like to see that fixed. If you don’t agree then you don’t need to respond

I have all the flightpaths in Northrend but if I am in a Kalu’ak settlement and the turtle boat goes in the direction I want I take it. I don’t feel stupid at all because I really like those rides.
I’m sorry the porting is immersion breaking but perhaps the zeps/boats are still not reliable on some severs or at certain times. Hope the matter is resolved soon. Play your game and find your bliss even if on a “slow mode” zeppelin or oversized turtle ferry.
I am also upset about this port garbage. You might even say that im OUTRAGED!
I enjoy the turtle ride a lot… when there’s no flight paths in between me and the turtle destination. Or if the boat ride is faster than flying… Which is sometimes the case. I like the most immersive transportation to also be the most efficient and fastest transportation.
I won’t need to choose, in the case of zeppelins, once they return it to the way it’s supposed to be. And then I can see other people actually using the zeps as well.
