I recently finished my covenant campaign and got rewarded with a weapon token(lfr) and suddenly lfr queue popped up and won a token on Denathrius. When i was about to exchange my token, i realized i only have one token in my bag. I should be able to buy two weapons but the other token disappeared. I already opened a ticket for this.

Then you will have to wait for a GM to get to your ticket in the queue.
So that means it’s a bug right?
That will be determined when your ticket gets to the front of the queue and is addressed by a game master.
An SFA may pop in and take a quick look, but it isn’t guaranteed.

I had a moment to take a look at your recent encounter, Torquemada, I don’t see a Zenith Anima Spherule dropping for you.
From the what I can see of the logs you received the Dreadfire Vessel (trinket), the Memory of the Exploiter, an Extinguished Soul Anima and Remornia (which starts a quest) and Indelible Victory (conduit).
With winning the trinket, it seems unlikely that you would also receive the token. Perhaps you saw the line of someone else receiving one and thought it had gone to you?

I’m sure i looted one cuz i was already planning on buying another weapon. I checked my guild log and it’s there. Nonetheless it’s fine. I got past it now. Thanks!
