I looked it up, & it says solo blitz qualifies. Some sweet helpful people in this post suggested spamming queue until I get 10 wins. I am farming bloody tokens for pvp gear first though :slight_smile:

Pvp gear will not help me see but it might help me live a little longer hehe.

Fair, but (a) because he doesn’t heal he uses the dot more often, so it’s still useful to know how to deal with the ones that get through, and (b) quite frankly, it’s good to use ? difficulty to get into the habit of ignoring the dot cast regardless.

Fair point, if you are aiming to beat ?? eventually it can be a great training tool. The OP said they have no interest in ?? though.

I truly did not realize how much I missed the BC/Wrath etc time of community & I bring you mats for that Ice cloak I wanted so bad… actually finding people who were kind on the forums, and even then I used to help even the other faction get quests done :slight_smile:

If after you take 1-2 cracks at “??” you feel it’s something you wanna try then I’m happy to offer a bit of a walkthrough. The fight needs to be done solo, same as the mage tower, but any questions or a demonstration I’m an open book.

My heart is happy too Halah.

I have been farming some pvp gear & plan to try for kitty in the next few days. I will definitely update if/when I get it. If I do get the purple, and if you are very quiet, you could possibly hear me shout with joy all across Azeroth, lol.

I just wanted to give an update here for all the kind people who were so kind & helpful.

I have gotten 5 out of my 10 wins towards purple kitty. I spent all day in queues for two entire days. Queues are long, I am not so great, but I am not giving up.

A funny thing happened to me though. As I am Alliance, I expected to win when Alliance won. Not the case. I did not know these were cross-faction in a way that means we are not faction locked to blue or red teams. When Alliance won, but I faced defeat I thought I was just so bad that I lost but my team won!

So fun being Grandma, lol.
