Zekvir is what happens when you don't test content on PTR, only live wow

This is what they put in their hotfix

Despite Holy and Disc have no interrupts so yeah no testing was done at all.

If you’re talking about ? difficulty, what I did (which was unintuitive but I saw a Youtube vid) was to forego interrupts of the Spittle, and instead use your Imp’s Singe Magic to dispel the debuff.

The Imp dispel has a 15 second cooldown versus a 24 second Felhunter interrupt. You also avoid having to worry about the Demonic Circle putting you in an awkward position if Zekvir’s other abilities don’t cooperate.

If you’re talking about ??, I’m not touching that with someone else’s ten-foot pole.

As a feral druid still trying to defeat him, I can really feel the challenge. My druid has around 5M HP, and his melee hits for about 1.8M. Sometimes he even lands two hits in a row, and if one of those is a critical hit, it can deal around 3.6M damage each time. Last night, I managed to get him down to about 50%, and he spawned an egg at the far end of the room. I rushed for the egg, but he started casting regenerate, so I had to run back to interrupt him. After that, I charged back to the egg, and guess what? He claw-smashed right at me. And just so you know, the egg can hit you too (don’t ask me how, because I have no idea). It really feels more like RNG than a strict strategy of doing this, killing that, and interrupting at the right times.

He was tough but I beat him after maybe 45 minutes. His heal seemed to come around ever 10% HP so it was easy to predict. The thing that kept killing me was the balls he’s shoots after he fears. He honestly seemed too easy after learning the mechanics. Oh and you can remove the dot/slow with blessings of freedom or anything similar.

Update: I did down him on my first pull after macroing my Counter Shot. I had a blast trying to work through this fight. The mechanics really weren’t that hard. The hard part was always to watch my spacing, not to accidentally waste my interrupt because of nearly twenty years of instinct, and not use old faithful (disengage) for everything. Brann is still buggy and I hope they fix him. As for everything else, I have faith in those of you with interrupts. If you don’t have an interrupt, well… :man_shrugging:

Edit: Macro I used was /cast [@boss1] Counter Shot

I’m going to try it this week. I’ll be your pole.
