Do you have to do a intro quest or something to get to this place? I looked it up on wowhead and it says you don’t just go to the place in the map, i did and when i get there there’s no entrance?
Zerelek Cavern is being added in Patch 10.1

when is that dropping?
Not any time soon.
There is no date yet, but from the graphic, you can see that the 10.1.5 patch will be sometime in summer.
So, it would be fair to assume May or June for 10.1, but I cannot stress this enough, there has been no announcement on that. It is only a personal assumption.
