I think Elune priestress are a good proof that not everyone use the same Holy Light, since even in game and in the novellas their spell are always silvery. So Zandalari could do just the same ans gain acess to a different kind of light from the powers of a loa.
I don’t think the actual Light being a different colour changes that it’s the same kind of energy. Overall I think it comes from the same source, but it’s good to have different interpretations of it the lore.
True, it is the same kind of energy but just as arcane is the same if you tap into the Well of Eternity, leylines, an artefact, the Sunwell etc… It is the same kind of energy but either it is from an other source or it is channeled through something changing it a bit.

The ability to use it is, though. They don’t need a Loa’s sanction or approval to call upon the Light’s power.

I suddenly have an idea for the most smug Zandalari Prelate ever. Walking around in Paladin tier style armor just to taunt the “lesser” Paladins that only just now discovered how to wield the Light through “inferior” means.
