No one is playing AB period and no one is premading, simply an awful change. Players that solo que and get destroyed in a battleground simply deserve it. This is a MMO and everyone wants a single player experience it is actual insanity, how about you play your class/role and find a TEAM to play the TEAM battleground.

The nudge is only for a specific role, healers. There is no lack of people wanting to solo queue just a lack of a single role.
Probably a better example is the Solo Queue RBG experiment in Battleground Blitz which usually has a queue for 3 mins for dps in prime time.

Indeed. It makes me sad. Content-wise phase 2 is fantastic. Gnomer is a blast. STV has been a lot of fun at various different points (although the changes Blizzard makes have in some ways made things worse). The runes were quite fun to collect.
But a number of changes have simply gutted the player-base because the social fabric has been hurt and thatâs disappointing. Blizzard seems to be attempting to seize defeat from the jaws of victory.
The reward is the friends we made along the way.

Well, you see, you grouped with 10 / 15 people not because you shared the excitement of group play but because you wanted to roflstomp a pug on the other side.
You can still queue. However, the same complain is that the queue is too long⊠reason why⊠no one wants to play group vs groupâŠ
So, yeah, git gud.

This doesnât match up, I was there in 2019, and queuing AV losses (horde side) was the meta for ranking well past Phase 4âŠ
This would have had to have happened later in P5 or P6 when the game was more or less comparatively dead anyways. I dipped at AQ prep.
Ya the problem doesnât lie with you here the problem is the rest of the player base who just wanted to steamroll people and now they donât want to face another premade kinda sad. I do hope Blizzard can find a way to fix this like you said RBG or something rewarding. More rep or honor or something else to motivate people.
Solo queue doesnât have this problem.

Agree. But there is a queue because no one wants to play vs groups.
Because no one wants to do Premade vs Premade.
There is a longer queue because people donât want to do Premade vs Premade, they want to roflstomp pugs.

BG Premades ceased to exist because they solely existed for one purpose: stack classes and stomp pugs on the other side. They accepted getting premades sometimes but majority of games were against pugs.
With the current queue premades only match premades basically, so people stop doing premades, which causes the queue to be longer.
Premaders killed premades.

Premades would LOVE to fight against premades! They just donât want to queue to fight against premades. Hmm⊠This must be the queue systemâs fault.

I should ammend the statement to say theyâd love to do it if it werenât a complete waste of time to sit in a 40 min queue and miss out on the rep that they need to farm to progress in the damn game. Come on people. THINK.
