You're welcome Alliance

Really Blizz?

Not only you are responsible for the imbalance between the factions but Alliance should thank you for it?

I admit, i've had some doubt about people saying that Blizzcon was a place full of snarky comments about the Alliance from the bias devs. So yes, thank you for removing all my doubts.

But i'll thank you more no worries. I'll thank you by not buying virtual tickets anymore and i wll also thank you by not puting a foot in your BGs and by turning my warmode off.

Thank you Blizz devs.
Alliance only have themselves to blame for all the whining about pvp.

Okay guys, let's all play Horde. Then they can rename the game to World of Hordecraft!
alliance eating alliance?
joke was funny. glad to see the alliance with a sense of humor calling out the humorless ones.
I've never seen a company #### on their customers as much as blizzard.

You people need to learn how to take a joke. If it had said "You're welcome horde" in something of a similar fashion i would have still laughed, you need to be able to laugh at yourself sometimes, no reason to be so uptight.

I've been laughing at myself for the last 8 years for being an Alliance player. 8 years on almost 11 paying to play a faction that even the Blizz staff don't want to play. I think i have proven that i can take jokes. Sorry to feel like that but it's just not funny anymore.
Doesn’t even look like you pvp much tbh...

You already had your alliance storyline in legion. Next expac will be alliance based.

So you think the expac that's about the factions should be Horde-only?

That's quite daft.
Alliance should be renamed to the Anita Sarkeesian faction.
We all know the current trend.
We all know the developer bias.

The question is when the devs will recognize the trend first.
Later, we can maybe talk about reversing it.

Right now though, the trend is just continuing - and growing.

Siege of Orgrimmar,

You mean the story of Vol'jin overthrowing a tyrant and spending several patches building up the story of where the true soul of the Horde lies? And 5.2 where Alliance's quest involvement was watching from a mechanical cat? Cause uh, you guys kept that city. In fact it got a visual upgrade for it!

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
every expansion aside from Cata,

BC was about the orc homeworld and the entire end patch was the Redemption of the Blood Elves.
Mists was the entire storyline of the soul of the Horde.
WoD turned this game into Orcs of Orccraft: Orclords of Orcnor. They even cut the Alliance side of the story completely, (and then bastardized Yrel entirely so Horde could get Mag'har. Alliance don't even get to SEE That storyline!)
Legion was about classes, not the factions.
BfA is again, a Mists do-over replacing a roid-headed jerk with a wannabe waifu.

you got four shots at 370 gear the first week of mythic raiding,

Do you mean the Arathi world boss? The one that gave me 34 gold and then bonus rolled for 34 gold while the Horde could chain run alts at any gear level through a Warfront for a guaranteed piece of 370 and a full set of 340? A 'bug' that was conveniently fixed before Alliance got access?

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
siege of dalazor,

You can't... even spell the name right. Dude, c'mon! Look, here, we'll fix it so there's no more stairs. Call it square then, 'lright?

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
thrall stepping down,

Oh no, Horde got some narrative? Even stepping down he still had a massive part of the story dedicated to him and stuck around up until the beginning of Legion. The only reason he got 'written out' was that Metzen retired. That's hardly Alliance players fault.

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
garrosh becoming a raid boss,

He had a full story arc and Thrall killed him, not us.

voljin dying now

Sorry, the dude who's walking around as a ghost, might become a Loa, and has been given huge story presence in 8.1? Just because he's non-corporeal now doesn't mean he's gone. Not like someone else who died at the Broken Shore...

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
sylvanas too.

Citation needed. Oh wait, you're speculating.

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
Legion,

Was about class halls, not factions.

11/04/2018 09:47 AMPosted by Bokazgrum
the new warfront you'll be first,

Ah, parity for the first time. Know what we won't get though? A week of free alt gearing like your side got.

dark iron has more class options than maghar.

And Zandalari have more options than Kul Tiran. Mag'har and Kul Tiran both have 7. Dark Iron and Zandalari both have 9. That's equal, just released at different times. It's not like the years-long imbalance from Cata until Legion when Horde have one additional class/race option available to them.
If the Alliance player base would stop crying about self imposed bias and fictional imbalances, then maybe they wouldn't keep poking fun at you guys. Start bringing legitimate complaints and maybe they'll start making meaningful changes. If all you guys do is complain about High Elves, Mounts, and War Mode (Which is an Alliance made problem), then why bother doing anything but poke fun?

That joke was about Bgs, specifically the brawl. Alliance do fine there

Arguably, 48% population is "doing fine" too. When it reaches 47%, perhaps still.. At what point do we say it isn't? 40% 30%?

You can say it anytime you’d like. I’m just pointing out that alliance in these forums(mostly bg forums) kind of bring it on themselves.

Oh, well.. the forums.. you know.. Everything is everything..

I mean in-game though, population ratios, etc. It's not quite time for ringing the alarms, but.. it's heading that way and the trend doesn't seem to be reversing yet.

Alliance only have themselves to blame for all the whining about pvp.

That makes no sense, you have casual groups of players and you have the hardcore groups of players. Hardcore groups of players moved to horde because of imbalanced racials long ago.

Hardcore groups are going to be undoubtedly the better pvp group.
How is this the fault of the more casual groups of alliance players?

Maybe if the Alliance got good it wouldn't be an issue.
Threads like this getting 200 posts is why no one takes alliance complainers seriously.

You might want to invest in some thicker skin.

Yeah because openly mocking your customer base is SUCH good business.

I liked how all the “lore” questions for the QandA were based on the Horde storyline.

Almost as if Alliance isn’t in this expac at all ....

We are and in our usual place; 'Horde does things, Alliance reacts.'
Same old, same old; nothing more to see here move along.

I agree. The entitlement here is astounding.
