well considering one thread annoyed me in particular today - permanently ban one account from the forum for unspecified reasons
Iād ban certain trolls whose names start with T from the forums, hire more mods, and give the mods a living wage. In fact Iād give all Blizzard employees a living wage.

I mean, Iād also crack down on the hate speech that comes with those troll threads, but thatās implied by making sure the mods are paid well and there are enough of them.

Talk with the producers to delay upcoming titles to eliminate crunch and throw the QA team a bone.
Gameplay-wise, restructure LFR to be a better mode to learn mechanics and not be a joke. Things like having a cap of ten players, telegraphing and extrapolating abilities without having players rely on addons or guides - not necessarily making the game easier, but making learning how to do a fight more intuitive.
Dungeon journal is nice and all, but I think more newbies would get into raiding if fights had better visual indicators - like GW2 and FF14.
Honestly Iām surprised Kotaku hasnāt run a story about the amount of hate those troll threads stoke and how long they are allowed to run. I mean, slow news days happen and it might actually get Blizzard to do something.
Well Blizzard forums dont have much of a value to make a news out of it
But it also runs counter to the whole social contract trying to make the community nicer thing.

Fire the entire leadership side of WoW, retain everyone else with a raise, bring in proven leaders in the industry and take my hands off.
