The eventual result for this server transfer is similar to what has happened in the past. Skyfury will be dominated by Alliance and Angerforge will be dominated by Horde (or be balanced).
Why?
In Skyfury, new players can no longer start there as it is locked. Horde will be the weaker faction with no chance of balance. Horde on Skyfury should be taking up any chance to leave this server.
There are two benefits for horde to take the free transfer to Angerforge.
They can stack up on the Horde quantity and make this into a Horde dominated Server (or at the least, make it into a more balanced server than Skyfury) AND
Dominate the server economy as they had 3 weeks headstart compared to Angerforge starters.
Skyfury Horde should seriously consider transferring to Angerforge.
Not so much for Skyfury Alliance. As history has proven from WoW Classic, the weaker faction will always be the one that is forced to accept the inconvenience of leaving. However this is usually worth it because it is not really fun to be on the significantly lower pop Horde in Skyfury and then getting ganked consistently by Skyfury Alliance once Wotlk releases in End Sep.
Summary: History will repeat itself. Most people do not want to be on a pvp server where their faction is a significant minority. Skyfury Horde will transfer to Angerforge. Skyfury will remain Alliance Dominated and Angerforge will become a balanced server (or slightly Horde dominated).
Any Experts can give views on “How do we convince Blizzard to stop the transfers?”
As of right now, angerforge is around 63 % ally and 37 % horde. Which is worse than what skyfury currently is.

We the horde of skyfury don’t give a crp about being the underdog faction, we are fine being 40%. We won’t run away, and blizzard should soon disable transfers.
you really should download the census app and use it for yourself (create alliance and horde character on Angerforge) on the Angerforge realm rather than blindly reading outdated data from the population website.
The % horde of 37% is your skyfury realm. Angerforge is now more than 42% Horde.

3 months down the road, Please just remember your post today. You said you want to stay in underrepresented faction and accept the consequences of that. Please do NOT leave Horde in Skyfury irregardless how low the Horde Pop is in 3 mths time.
Oh we won’t! and nobody else will too! I’ve been monitoring Angerforge pop these last two days every hour, and my graph tells me one clear picture. The ally pop has increased on a faster rate than the horde one has. Meaning more allies have transfered over to angerforge than hordes.
Facts are there, data is there. You can’t lie about that stuff.
Also, the total pop of anger is still less than 3 k, a server like that is a dead server in the long run.
We won’t transfer off because we actually enjoy world pvp and we hate one faction servers.
You can keep yourself there on your dead realm and keep copeing.
