The first one I actually watched all the way through was Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.

It’s not a good idea watching the single best of something for your first, because nothing will ever be as good.

Um hard to say, of course i saw the typical Naruto and such first, but that was just cause it was in the TV, before i even knew the word Anime

But if i were to say the first i “seriously” watched it would probably be Zero No Tsukaima.

Still sad about the Author dying before he could finish the story

Voltes V just before it was censored in Philippines 1979. I would also watch a bunch of Superbook & Flying House not realizing they were anime

The first real anime I got into was Naruto. I think the first i ever watched would be Avatar if you consider that anime.

Don’t recall but it was one on 4kids ages ago. Possibly Yugioh? Or One Piece. Might also have been one on koonami but they had lots.

Excluding stuff like saturday morning cartoons, my first was Trigun. I have memories of just catching the end of the first episode on adult swim. Got curious and kept watching. I still have a great fondness for that show.

Others include Zoids Chaotic Century ( it was on VERY EARLY in the morning so I’d watch it before high school ) , Inuyasha but I lost interest after the 2nd movie
