You will get declined for being the wrong covenant

Both prevent the intended spell from doing something, Just not in the same way. Omg my brain, I can’t handle this community. I’m done teaching. This is why I love realm reborn community, they can understand something so simple as this.

If this is the best wow raiders have. I am more than happy that I am not part of it.

But it’s not an interrupt. The terminology and distinction matter.

When you are talking about this ability to someone and call it an “interrupt” when it isn’t they will just get confused. You should call it what it is.

Funny you resort to condescending or passive aggressive behaviors when someone disagrees with you.

Ironic to make fun of a group of players when acting like so.

I’ll simply say as last words: Go in a priest discord and say that Mindgames is an interrupt.

The reactions should be enough to hopefully pull you out of this unfortunate place you are in your mind.

because I don’t like you for one. For two I said the skill was like a interrupt and you can’t accept that. Well you are wrong, and that is that.

Both skills prevent something. If you can’t accept that so be it.

You can ask the question in a priest discord, you’ll have your answer.

You can be respectful despite disliking someone. It’s usually one of the most basic manners children are taught when young.

You have done nothing to earn my respect, you can’t even figure out basic wow. Listen I’m not going to speak to you any more. You knew what I was talking about but refuse to accept it just to argue. This is typical wow community stuff.

If you can’t understand what reversing a spell and interrupt has in common. You need to go back to school. Now just like the other person im done with you.

and i am going to finish it off by saying. I said it is like a interrupt. but see reading is not your strong point.

but the priest discord is not that smart it seems. I’m glad I could teach you something.

You mean, invite other players who didn’t know what they were doing and were misled by forum advice into choosing the wrong covenant, the wrong gear, the wrong everything? How is that a solution to anything? Groups like that will struggle.

The only way to win is not to play the game. A lot of people will leave wow forever because of this.

Always is with every change wow does.

People are not going to leave wow forever over this. Stop kidding yourselves.

Obviously it isn’t literally an interrupt.

WoW players aren’t really accustomed to the language, but in many games there is hard CC and soft CC. Hard CC is like a snare, root, stun, etc. Soft CC is like “If you move, you will wish you hadn’t” or “If you dispel this effect, you will wish you hadn’t”. It doesn’t prevent you from doing something, but it penalizes you for doing it.

If you cast Mind Games on a healer in PvP, he’s not going to want to keep casting healing spells, that much seems obvious.

Dispell! Continue casting.

Idk, mind games just doesn’t seem to be as good as the infinitely scaling aoe heal.

Well ideally you’d run it in a shadow play comp where your opponent wouldn’t want to dispel it.

Will only be declined because of covenant choice by people that think they are making a statement to blizzard by doing it, In reality it will have very little to do with anything except mythic raids and real high mythic+ keys and most of them will have their own group make up already.

That’s about the only scenario I can think of where it’s be worth taking. Not sure about pve, that’s not really my forte.

but in a pve stand point the mobs are not going to dispell so it does the job of a interrupt does. So what does the spell do? prevents a heal or damage from going off by reversing it. So hard

By that logic anything a healer does is an interrupt. What do healers do? Prevent or reverse damage! Wow, so hard, look at all the interrupts!

Oh ya because priest have so many spells that change the enemies spells.

Why is this community so dumb?

You’re the one that called reversing damage an interrupt, not me. :man_shrugging:
