Then stop being a total jerks to your healers!!! Stop blaming your losses on your healers for your bad positioning, lack of impactful CC, and poor target choices.
Every match has some dumb dps mouthing off. Meanwhile, it was their mistakes that cost them the match.
Blizzard needs to start banning people for their toxic whispers too. It is beyond frustrating getting whispers from DPS spewing toxic and hateful replies.
This is why no one wants to heal in SS. You can shove all the rewards you want at people, but no one is going to heal anything with all these toxic jerks.

Nobody cares about what is said/whispered you can disable chat and ignore people like walk away from the computer don’t look at the screen none of it is real

Ah yes, Mr Kennie right on time with his snarky remarks.
Proving my point here.
Disabling chat in a PVP match is not an option.
Edit: I need to ignore you actually, you dont’ contribute anything positive to these forums. Never have.

Idk if this still works but it used to be good.

If it’s any consolation coming from someone who is as likely to disagree as agree with him, he’s not wrong. The reality is everyone is making mistakes but since your job is to not let health bars reach 0, you’ll be the first person who gets blamed in a lot of scenarios (whether it’s right or wrong).
Being a healer is putting yourself center stage and playing with randoms just increases the chances for negative replies. No one apprecites rude comments, but it is something you’ll just need to learn to ignore.

You’re not wrong man. Glad more people are realizing this.

I usually just passive aggressively link details from last game showing they didn’t kick, cc, did 50% more healing
Real talk though if blizzard wants more healers in shuffle they just need to make healers a little more op. Give them game closing ability instead of just the option to heal into 70% dampening and hope their DPS attack the same target. Recent buffs to holy fire/smite are a great example
what about making healer specs balanced and fun to play
or making a shuffle that doesn’t require healers, rss is a load of fried dookie anyway

I find it beyond amusing when healers start crashing out about positioning kicks poor dcd usage, but that warrior that yelled at you… well it is what it is. You know my go to : spamming “roflmao” in all caps and letting them figure out what’s wrong
Healers do not need to be dpsing

No but they should have the ability to meaningfully help close out games and not just heal people into 70% damp hoping they kill something
It’s just amazing at how many dps players are secretly really skilled healers. They know everything about it and are extremely qualified to tell you how to heal.
They created one on the character screen before and immediately transcended the healer role so they don’t do it.

Try using the Silent Shuffle addon.

CC needs to go back to being longer and healer CC should be 8 / 5 seconds so healers actually have a huge impact on cc chains and can win games more so then just being the strongest class with the highest dps in dampening. Also if you get to 70% damp all dps needs to lose.

But Blizzard already does that, unless you don’t report. And yes, everything you said is true. In fact, while I was trying to hit 1800 this season, I think I reported more than 5 players.
I prefer not to normalize this kind of behavior and make a point to report all of them. The more toxic players learn a lesson, the better the game will be.

He was the first person I ignored and should be everyones first. Terminally online, nothng of value to say, just straight up unhelpful.
Glad others are doing the same

I think they are pretty regularly.
It obviously doesn’t help you in the moment, but I think Blizzard is actually too fast in doling out bans for chat.
I think that the expectation should be that people be reasonable to eachother (and blizzard agrees, hence the social contract), but also that at the end of the day it’s just chat and just words that you don’t need to read.
