No we want classic but a more rounded experience. Back in 2019 when classic originally dropped you ended up with a raid group beating molten core in 6 days that’s ridiculous. Yeah leveling is too slow to a point but tweaks here and there could make the experience so much better. When you have to fly half a continent away to level a little more and find quests there’s an issue.
I agree there’s a few naysayers per se but realistically I enjoy classic but there are parts that they should tweak

Not an issue; That’s a feature. Explore the world. Immerse your self in the beauty that is Azeroth. Not everything needs to be a race. You are not less of a player if you are not part of that 6-day Molten Core group. Embrace your own journey.

Is this another thread where people ask you to go on Era just because these fresh servers have dual spec and no debuff limits? Oh…it’s about Crudelord and parsing…wow, what a waste of a thread.
SoD was a success and was truly fun while it had the full, undevoted attention from the classic team devs. (All of phase 1 pretty much) Then Blizzard decided the classic dev team needed to focus on classic cata. That’s when things went down hill fast.
Classic wow is NOT vanilla WoW. You’re not playing vanilla. You’re playing classic which did not exist back in 2004. Classic is fine for us that want changes. Maybe classic isn’t for you. Let’s make classic great.
The fresh anniversary realms are a great opportunity to give what many people want. “CHANGES”. Not to the extent of SoD, but to the extent of QoL such as
-Tuning classes to make all specs viable at any stage of the game.
-LFG feature (which we got in anniversary)
-Barbershops
-Better/more direct flight paths\
Otherwise, just stick to your standard 2019 museum servers.

Who exactly begged for the changes in SoD? Who begged for such drastic, overtuned, new abilities?
No one asked for the changes they made. People want Classic+ with small, QoL changes. People wanted new zones, quests, dungeons, raids, etc. People didn’t ask for Blizzard to completely overhaul each class in the game and completely change the leveling experience.

Just because you want something, doesn’t mean others do. And just because they want something doesn’t mean you should either.
SoD is Vanilla with changes. So people can go play there. Fresh Classic is supposedly authentic. Or as authentic as possible.

Dude, Blizzard literally made an entire post about how fresh is with “some changes while feeling authentic”. They literally were making changes to fresh before the servers even went live.
Find a post where multiple people asked for new spells and completely overhauling classes.
There’s entire threads about it.
Anyway, if you want class changes…go play SoD. Blizz literally made a server just for you. Enjoy!!
