There is no layering on classic servers. This has been stated many times over.
Why aren’t you advocating for people to actually not lose time they pay for? Why aren’t you advocating for a successful launch.

Players should be able to choose their server, if they choose to fill up a server to a point where it is unplayable - people will naturally migrate off. If there is a huge queue on launch day, people will decide to remake elsewhere.
Some people will stick it out, they will hope the queue times go down overtime.
We don’t know how blizzard plans to handle the “mega servers” during the migration to phase 2. Many have suggested that they will offer free server transfers to new servers to spread out the population if there is an issue at that time.
You are suggesting they force people off a server. How do you select which players are forced to migrate (ie: lose their reserved names), cannot play with friends/guilds, etc?
There is already an incentive to try to move your gaming group off the mega servers, by the nature of them implementing a new server (ie: Stalagg). The new server will have less players, and therefore less of a queue. Many people have decided to do this (as apparent from other posts on here and reddit)
Your insults and comment about the game “[being about me]” don’t deserve a response.

You can choose your server though, just not the one that’s locked.
Why is this hard to understand? 
If you really are planning on playing on another server then why do you care so much? Let us line up in queue while you and your omega brain are happily leveling away.

Were both duelist bro. I pvp’d last season of MOP and last season of WOD cause I was bored and there was nothing to do…
Seems kinda awk we have the same title even tho I did arena twice when I was looking for something to do and you pride yourself on your achievements.

A wait in queue is closest thing to a lockout there should be. If people do not like the wait due to ‘overcrowding’ then they will move on. If they do not mind the wait they get to play on the server. Pretty simple philosophy.
