I read this as “You have to pay everyone u change ur mount equipment” and I was pretty shocked at first.
And then I read this again.
People liked to use the water walking mount, while also using an anti- daze on mount thing. I guess this nerfs that? It sounds like it is one or the other, now.
I’m 52; Even when I was a kid, we still had “Milkmen.”
Later, they “nerfed” that. It was kind of hard to get used to.

They are giving you a roof… well in this case, water walking. But you can now change it if you wish.

So put different mount equipment on a couple different mounts and then never change it.
Problem solved.
It applies to all your mounts per character - not per mount.
Now I feel bamboozled.
