You have been disconnected. Error Code: WOW51900328

Same problem with Error WOW51900328 but I’m from NA and playing on NA servers.

I’m using PCCW

Same here from Hongkong.
We should get a refund

From Hong Kong and getting error code WOW51900328

For players in HK:

Incoming traffic to NA is handled by another ISP/routing peer, which you likely all have in common. It’s called Twelve99 and your ISP will need to reach out to them. Blizzard isn’t their customer, so they can’t handle this for you.

Not helping

All HK player have 51900328 problem after 24/3 maintenance, it must be BZ problem, not the ISP

You really expect our ISP to contact BLIZZARD when we cant even get a reply please be realistic…

I believe you read that wrong, your ISP should reach out to the backbone provider, not Blizzard.

I’m with you on this, I really hope Blizzard will step up and directly address this with Twelve99, especially since the issue clearly began after the recent patch…

No, your ISP needs to contact their routing peer that they pay and have contracts with: Twelve99.

I just got off the phone with HK Broadband and they informed me-

  1. They have been getting multiple calls about this exact problem.
  2. Other ISPs in HK have also been getting calls.
  3. They tried contacting Blizzard but got no response.
  4. I should try reaching out to Blizzard to rectify this issue.

So I guess that’s where we’re at…

Thanks for the info, I hope it gets fixed for us soon lol

If you’re looking for a work around so you can play now, I’ve found using a VPN to Taiwan makes the game somewhat playable, I just get about +50 ping which is better than not being able to connect to the server at all lol

Then they contacted the wrong party. They should be contacting their routing peer. Sounds like the customer service rep made some stuff up.

With no resolution in sight, and Blizzard being unable/unwilling to help (or wilfully unaware), what recourse do HK players have left? Formal tickets remain inadequately answered, their suggested recourse is we go on this forum or Reddit for help.

With all due respect to Elocin and others, relyiance on a (albeit qualified and helpful) community volunteer for Blizzard to ensure their product is working is complete BS.

There are two entities ostensibly registered by Blizzard in HK:

Blizzard Entertainment Co., Limited
Blizzard (HK) Interactive Entertainment Limited

Im not sure it’ll do much (contract nexus etc) but I’ll log a Consumer Council complaint just to be a pain.

Hmm. I VPN through LA and my ping is maybe +10 - +20.

I feel your pain, this entire situation sucks.

I found the email to the company that’s apparently causing all the problems, here’s their email if you want to let them know what we’re going through (I sent one earlier)

peering@twelve99.net

Thank so very much indeed
